Returns & Refunds Policy

At Shadow Signal, we offer free 30-day returns. If your purchase is not right for you, email shadowsignalus@gmail.com and we will help you arrange a return.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. If items from the same order arrive separately, this period starts when the last item is delivered.

You may unpack and reasonably inspect your projector. Please return it with all included parts and accessories, securely packaged. Use the original packaging where possible.

Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund to reflect a loss in value caused by use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. We will explain any proposed deduction. This does not affect your rights when an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email shadowsignalus@gmail.com with:

• Your order number.

• The email address used for your order.

• The item or items you would like to return.

You do not need an account, and you do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind return.

We will provide return instructions, the return address, and a prepaid return label or another return arrangement at no cost to you.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange your free return. Do not send your parcel to an address shown elsewhere on our website unless we confirm it as the return address. These instructions do not limit your statutory cancellation rights.

Bundle returns

For a full refund of a bundle, return all projectors included in that bundle, including any promotional free units.

If you would like to return only part of a bundle, contact us first. We will explain the refund amount and how the bundle discount applies before you return anything. Refunds will reflect the amount actually paid and your applicable consumer rights.

Order cancellations

You can request cancellation of your order, or removal of an item, before it is dispatched by emailing shadowsignalus@gmail.com.

Orders are dispatched within 5 days. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can request a return under this policy. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it more quickly, if available.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a repair, replacement, or refund, according to your applicable rights. You will not be charged return shipping for an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

The 30-day change-of-mind return window does not limit any rights you may have concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Exchanges

Email us before returning an item if you would like a different colour or product. We will confirm availability and explain the available options.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and checking your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned items, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

If a refund has not appeared after we confirm it has been issued, contact shadowsignalus@gmail.com.

European Union cancellation rights

If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you generally have a separate right to cancel within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies. Notify us by email and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

We will refund eligible cancellations within 14 days of receiving your notice, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first.

United Kingdom cancellation rights

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have a separate right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery, unless a legal exception applies. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

We will refund eligible cancellations within 14 days after receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first.

For eligible EU and UK cancellations, refunds include any standard delivery charge paid. Additional charges for premium delivery above the standard delivery cost are not refundable. Our free return shipping offer also applies.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.
